Why we keep this pathway open

Symbai is growing in complex, non-linear ways. Some of the most valuable contributions don’t map neatly to job titles, contracts, or short-term needs.

Rather than advertising speculative roles or over-describing positions we’re not ready to define, we keep space for people who can clearly articulate how their skills would matter here, now or in the near future.

What to expect

This isn’t for:

  • Cold outreach or generic service offers

  • Short-term growth tactics without domain understanding

  • “Tell us what you need and we’ll do it” proposals

This is for:

  • Self-directed people who’ve done their homework

Argument mapping has been around for hundreds of years, used by philosophers, scientists, and modern critical-thinking educators to make critical thinking clearer by drawing it out.
 And for good reason: when done well, argument mapping is one of the most effective ways to improve critical thinking and develop sharper logical reasoning.

Argument mapping helps you:
